Through our tradition of carefully tailoring working arrangements for each client, ASG provides clients with more executive staff time and expertise than any other firm.
We work on a pre-arranged fee basis with a contract and job description designed to meet the specifications of both parties. ASG does not accept any clients posing a conflict of interest with existing clients.

We work closely with volunteers, officers, and directors to help shape the association and prepare it for future growth. We are recognized for our abilities in strategic planning, and work closely with leadership to guide the organization along the path to success. We provide all levels of leadership administration including coordination, staffing, and agenda planning for Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and committee meetings and retreats.

Financial Management We have extensive experience in non-profit finance administration, including annual budgets, financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax filings, investments, general banking, and account reconciliation. We can provide these services in-house or advise and assist association treasurers as needed.

Non-Profit Association Compliance The federal laws such as Sarbanes-Oxley and the Internal Revenue Service Code regulations that require compliance by all businesses and non-profit associations can be difficult to understand and even harder to integrate into your society’s governance structure. These standards are designed to protect your association and its leaders, but require expertise and administrative resources to manage effectively. We have extensive experience in these areas. We are proficient in achieving and maintaining compliance with national standards required by Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines and IRS regulations. We will guide and assist your Board in the development and implementation of the necessary policies and procedures, governing documents, insurance policies, and internal controls designed to comply with these regulations and safeguard your assets.
